Appointments and Cancellations
Appointments are required for all services. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. We accept various payment methods, which will be confirmed during your booking.

Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure your safety and well-being during treatments, Helen’s Massage is not liable for any injuries or adverse reactions that may occur during or after your session. Please inform us of any health conditions or concerns prior to your appointment.

Changes to Services
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any of our services at any time without notice.

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland.
